Great American Soccer Marrowthon
Kickin' it around the clock to save lives
The National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) is teaming up with soccer clubs throughout the United States to save lives.

The Great American Soccer Marrowthon uses 24 hours of soccer to increase awareness of the NMDP and our mission, as well as raise money to support our work.
Soccer clubs play 24 hours of soccer. Players raise money to support both the NMDP and their soccer club by getting sponsors to pledge money for each hour of soccer played.
A powerful potential
Soccer enthusiasts nationwide are realizing the amazing influence of soccer in the United States. There are currently 18.2 million soccer players in the United States competing in over 6,000 leagues. More youths age 5-19 play soccer than any other team sport except basketball.
Events nationwide
Each event is hosted by a local soccer club, which works with the players to raise money to support both the soccer club and the NMDP.
