2010 Council Meeting
The 2010 Council Meeting will be held October 15 & 16, 2010, at the Hilton Minneapolis Hotel located at 1001 Marquette Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minn. 55403. Registration

The registration deadline for the meeting is Wednesday, September 15, 2010. After September 15 registrations must be accompanied by a late fee.
Transplant center certification exam opportunity
The Hematopoietic Transplant Coordinator Certification Examination will be offered in paper and pencil format at the Council Meeting on October 14, 2010. Interested candidates should review the eligibility requirements in the Candidate Handbook (PDF).
Eligible candidates must submit the October 14 Exam Application (PDF) and applicable fees to the testing agency by Sept. 2, 2010. Complete details are available on the NMDP Network Web site or by contacting Gayleen Jensen at gjensen@nmdp.org.
Hotel and Airline Reservations
Hotel reservations
All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and must provide a credit card to hold the reservation. All reservations must be made by September 15, 2010. Lodging at the Hilton Minneapolis Hotel is available at the discounted rate of $145 plus tax per night for single/double occupancy. You may make your reservations either online or by phone.

2. By calling the Hilton at 1 (800) HILTONS or directly at (612) 376-1000 and indicate that you are with the National Marrow Donor Program Annual Council Meeting. A confirmation number will be provided over the phone when you make your reservation.
After September 15, reservations are subject to availability and rates are subject to change. Reservations will be made on a first-come first-served basis.
Airline Reservations
Attendees are welcome to contact Carlson Wagonlit Travel, NMDP corporate travel agency, at 1 (800) 356-1012 or (612) 627-8108 to make reservations.
Sponsored attendees to Council Meeting
Sponsored airfare must include a Saturday night stay and reservations must be made through the NMDP corporate travel agency, Carlson Wagnonlit Travel, at 1 (800) 356-1012 or (612) 627-8108 by September 15, 2010.
