Please join the National Marrow Donor Program Office of Patient Advocacy for a free telephone workshop to learn more about the basics of marrow and cord blood transplant.
During this session, panel members will discuss:
- The basics of marrow and cord blood transplant
- Understanding HLA matching
- How your doctor searches for a donor
- Caregiver and survivor experiences
- Resources for you and your family
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of our speakers.

After you RSVP, you will receive a packet of materials from the NMDP which will include a toll-free number to call on the day of the event. The packet should arrive within a few days of the meeting. These materials will be used during the teleconference, and are available here:
