Program Description
This program will describe the latest evidence in the management of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia. Dr. Frank Smith will discuss risk group stratification, options for treatment and current outcomes. He will also describe upcoming studies that will address comparative treatments.Faculty

Learning Objectives
- Identify patients at high risk for disease progression at diagnosis, and beyond
- List current treatment options and outcomes based on prognostic factors
- Determine the appropriate timing and use of transplantation and list factors affecting outcomes for this therapy
- Discuss outstanding research questions and upcoming clinical trials
Goal
The goal of this program is to improve participant understanding of the treatment of pediatric patients with AML.Target Audience
